Seeing more and more faces out on Sundays at the park with the weather warming up. I have a big goal this year of getting 50 people working out at the park on Sundays. If you guys wouldn’t mind lending a hand and grabbing a friend or two and bringing them out with you that would be awesome! We’ve had 20+ members the past two Sundays so if you would each bring a buddy that would put me close to hitting that goal!
We’re aiming to launch our annual CFF Summer Body Challenge towards the end of March so stay tuned for more info on that! Looking for a good date that will put us right at Memorial Day weekend for an ending celebration.
Also, have some new threads on the way that should be here next week! The shirts on the left will actually be racer back tanks for girls!
