Had a great Labor Day WOD today with the team up Mountains Edge Peak.

First we had to develop a plan of attack on how we were going to get the 7 sets of barbells and bumper plates up the mountain. Second, keep a good mental space knowing we had to complete “Grace” (30 Clean and Jerks) for time at the top and lastly bring ALL the equipment back down the mountain. Needless to say we all survived.

For those who have been through a Tough Mudder already you have to admit that today was optimal training in preparation for TM. Saw great teamwork, amazing effort and most of all I’m glad to see that everyone had a great time!


Now for info on the REAL FOOD CHALLENGE:


1. We’re going to launch the 1st Initial Seminar on Sunday – Sept 9, 2012 – 10:00am

2. Sunday’s camp will end at 9:45am and we will convoy over to our designated conference room (Near Sunset/Rainbow) and shoot for a 10:00am start time. Seminar will end at 10:45am.

3. You DO NOT have to attend the Initial Seminar to participate in the challenge but we will be issuing food guides/folders. I can save folders for those who can not attend and distribute throughout the week.

4. Please sign-up online by Thursday – Sept. 6th (Initial Seminar to cover cost of materials is $20)

5. Challenge will be judged upon photos posted via Instagram, Facebook/Twitter. There will be a 1-10 scoring scale in accordance to how clean/REAL your meals are and you will be rated on popularity/”likes”.

6. Prizes will be announced Sunday at the Initial Seminar.

– 5 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

– 10 KB Swings

– 20 Wall Balls


1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
