So we’ve had the opportunity to catch up on some movies, tv series and Netflix lately due to Aubi’s shoulder surgery. She’s making progress and would like to thank you all for the support. Caught a really good documentary called Usain Bolt, The Fastest Man Alive last night and definitely recommend watching it if you have Netflix. His training regimen is truly inspirational not to mention his running technique and speed for being 6’5″!

– 10 mins to work on kipping/butterfly pullups


3 Rounds

1 min stations:

– Battle Ropes

– Med Ball Situps

– HR Pushups

– 4ct Flutter Kicks

– Jump Rope

– HR Burpees

– Airdyne for Cals

– 1 min rest

1st Class – 8:00am

2nd Class – Noon

3rd Class – 7pm
