Gonna start posting the O-Fit WODs for people to try out if they want.

O-Fit WOD for 03Apr2012:

“Suck My Tabata”

– Tabata 10m Sprints

-Tabata Pullups

-Tabata Squats

-Tabata Flutter Kicks (4 count)

-Tabata Skiers (Cones set 3 ft. apart)

8 rounds of 20 seconds of all out max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. 1 minute rest between exercises. Tally up total number of reps!
