Great turnout at our annual Turkey Day WOD this year!
Mr. Matt Kneeland has issued a 1 mile run a day challenge for the month of December! Although running is one of my least favorite things to do, I am accepting the challenge!
– O-Fit WOD for 02Dec2013 –
:Warmup: Run 1 mile
:Strength: Max Rep Strict Pullups
– 50 OH Lunges (135#/95#)
*If bar rest on your back perform 2 B. Squats*
*If bar touches the ground perform 4 HR Burpees*
1st Class – 9am
2nd Class – Noon
3rd Class – 6:30pm
