– 5×3 F.Squat with 3 second pause at bottom position

::Conditioning::

12 min AMRAP:

– 6 Pistols (3R/3L)

– 12 Ft. Handstand Walk

– 18 Pullups

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – Noon (Make-Up WOD/Skill Practice/Strength)

3rd Class – 5:30pm

4th Class – 6:30pm
