So we will be teaming up with other fitness entities this month such as myhealthydish, Rise Above Fitness and Lululemon Fashion Show Mall just to name a few.

This Friday, August 2nd – FREE 10am Workout and Q&A with MyHealthyDish. You must email myhealthydish@gmail.com to get on the list. (Yes there will still be a 9am #FridayFightClub aka Jack’s Birthday WOD)

This Saturday, August 3rd – We team up with RiseAboveFitness for a 9am Park WOD at Willows – $10 (Free if you’re already an unlimited member)

Beginning August 7th and every Wednesday for the month we will be hosting the Lululemon Run Club at Willows Park 7pm. Perfect day to invite friends or family because this workout is free for them. Workouts will have just a little added cardio to the mix!
