– CFF “Blacktober” is going great! To partake members are encouraged to wear ALL Black or as much Black as possible.
– Barbells for Boobs is an annual event (WOD is either “Grace”, “Helen” or a combination of both) usually held towards the end of the month where proceeds go to charity to help fight breast cancer. If we don’t host an event through CFF then maybe we will migrate over to another gym to join them in the fight! Stay tuned for more info.
