::Conditioning::

“Pick Your Poison”

In teams of 3 choose 5 of the following movements:

– Burpees / Pushup Plank

– Squat Jumps / Squat Hold

– Shoulder 2 OH / Plate OH Hold

– Box Jumps / Bar Hang

– Kettlebell Swings / Plank

– HR Pushups / Farmer’s Hold

– Wall Balls / Headstand Hold

*Complete 120 reps of each movement before moving to the next. 1 person working, 1 holding, 1 resting.*

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – Noon 

3rd Class – 5:30pm

4th Class – 6:30pm
