June has arrived and the weather is warming up!

CFF schedule remains the same.

We’re looking to do a “Singles Saturday” class June 16th so stay tuned for more info on that.

As well as a Paddle Boarding WOD out at Lake Las Vegas the following weekend.

O-Fit WOD for 05Jun2012:

Partner Up!

As a team complete the following for time:

– 400m Run w/KB

– 100 WallBalls

– 100 Push Press

– 150 Squats

– 150 Pushups

– 400m Run w/KB

Here are the rules:

1. Break up as needed

2. Run together. One partner working at a time during movements.

3. Partner that is resting will be holding the Kettlebell

4. If at anytime the KB touches the ground there will be a 10 BURPEE Penalty! *Muahahahaha*

If this little one can Push Press, so can you!

6:30am and 5:30pm class
