So the day has finally come and I’ve decided to really give some true meaning to this day and these 24  workouts. Was so compelled after seeing the following story about a man and his wife’s fight with breast cancer that I would like to help out in anyway possible:

The day should be fun and NO ONE SHOULD BE CONCERNED WITH RX OR PR’S FOR ANY OF THESE.  RX AND PR IS DOING 24 WODS IN 24 HOURS.

Please join us for as many workouts as your schedule will allow. You are not required to stay the entire 24 hours. Also feel free to stop by to just spectate/motivate the team!

::WOD schedule::

– 9am – “Grace” – 30 Clean & Jerks

– 10am – “Annie” –  50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders/Situps

– 11am – “Diane” – 21-15-9 Deadlifts/HSPU

– Noon – “Helen” – 3RFT: 400m Run, 21 KBS, 12 Pullups

– 1pm – “Karen” – 150 Wall Balls

– 2pm – “Nancy” – 5RFT: 400m Run, 15 OHS

The remaining WODs will be listed on the whiteboard. Didn’t want to release all the WODs just yet!

Again the first workout kicks off at 9am Friday and there will be one workout on the hour, every hour, for 24 hours all the way through 9am Saturday.

Wear Pink!

Bring plenty of fluids, recovery, snacks, change of clothes and anything else you think might be essential to have for a 24 hour day with 24 workouts. Games, phone chargers, toothbrushes, karaoke machine, board games!
